The Cancéropôle East mobilizes researchers and clinicians from UHCs, Centers for the Fight against Cancer, Universities and research organizations in the two major regions (Grand Est and Bourgogne-Franche-Comté).
Its mission is to develop and consolidate competitive and innovative cancer research and to educate the general public and health professionals about the progress and challenges of this research. Its activity is based on two pillars: the Cancer Plan led by the National Cancer Institute (INCa) and the mobilization of institutions and local authorities in the Eastern region.
The Cancéropôle East engages the mobilization of the actors: regional referents, members of the Committee of Clinicians, carriers of emerging projects, actors of the platforms … and the two large Regions, recognized at the national level.
Likewise, it undertakes to promote and support teams open to interregional, national and cross-border collaborations. It will apply it will apply during the eleventh edition of our Forum which will take place in Reims on November 15th and 16th, 2018.
This scientific meeting allows the different players in cancer research to promote their latest advances and collaborations, to consolidate synergies and to weave new ones.
