Single cell approaches for the study of oncogenic processes
Objectives : To promote oncology research based on the “single cell” approach to identify or characterize the factors that allow tumor emergence and progression, whether they be clone cells or cells of his environment. The main investigators are biologists, mathematicians, bioinformaticians, physicists, biochemists and clinicians working in basic or applied research (project with between 1 and 3 teams maximum).
This call for projects is organized by the ITMO Cancer of AVIESAN (National Alliance for Life Sciences and Health). Operational management and monitoring of this call for projects have been entrusted to Inserm.
